About Rick K. Jones
Leadership Is Stewardship. Business Is a Responsibility.
Rick K. Jones has spent more than four decades building businesses, leading teams, and challenging leaders to align profit with purpose and success with responsibility.
Rick is a veteran entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and author whose career spans more than forty years of building profitable, purpose-driven organizations. As the founder of multiple successful agencies and initiatives—including Heartland Pirates and FishBait Marketing—Rick has worked with brands, leaders, and communities across the country to help them grow with clarity and conviction.
Throughout his career, Rick has believed something many leaders struggle to say out loud: business itself is noble work.
Entrepreneurship, when practiced with integrity, creates jobs, strengthens families, supports communities, and fuels opportunity. But Rick has also seen what happens when profit is disconnected from purpose—and when leadership forgets its responsibility to people and place.
That tension—and the opportunity inside it—became the foundation of his work.

- Generosity strengthens organizations from the inside out.
